I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude. I offer you my heartfelt thanks for your loving support and continued confidence. As I reflect on 2007, I fondly recall the laughter, the tears and the amazing "Ah ha!" moments I had the great pleasure of sharing with you. I am deeply honored that you trust and believe in me enough to allow me to share in your healing journey. What a fabulous gift! And without a doubt you continue to be my greatest teachers. I so appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow with you.
As we continue to learn and grow together in 2008, know that exciting plans are in the works. We will keep you posted through the newsletter, so you don't miss out on a single chance. Speaking of which, the new Teleclass series is scheduled to begin on January 16th, so if you haven't signed up, now would be the perfect time!

Here's a little something that might come in handy. While it is a little on the global or general side, you can easily adjust it to fit your particular circumstance. Always work with words that resonate for you. Whether you made resolutions or not, my guess would be that most of you have given some thought to goals for the New Year. Whatever the case, I wish you well and hope you find the following somehow beneficial in making 2008 your very best year ever. Enjoy~!
Set-Up:
Even though a nagging voice inside keeps telling me I'll never stick to my New Year's resolutions, I choose to believe in the wiser, positive part of me, knowing great things are on the horizon.
Even though a part of me is regretting that I even considered making resolutions - what was I thinking?? I choose to trust and believe in me. I love and forgive myself.
Even though I am really annoyed with myself and that negative nagging little voice just won't stop, I choose to focus on the New Year - knowing that the wiser, positive part of me is much stronger than that negative nagging voice.
Sequence:
TOH: This annoying nagging voice,
EB: generating all these doubts.
OE: This annoying nagging voice,
UE: making me feel lousy about me!
UN: All this grief and aggravation with myself.
UL: I choose to have the wiser part of me have the stronger voice.
CB: I choose to move forward with so much joy and enthusiasm,
UA: that the nagging voice will fade into the sunset, never to return!
TOH: This negative voice that thinks it's going to stay here..
EB: This negative voice that steals my enthusiasm
OE: This negative voice that steals my confidence
UE: This negative voice trying to make me doubt myself!
UN: I choose to feel it leaving
UL: I choose to transform all that negative energy
CB: into an empowering energy
UL: that helps me to attain my goals!
TOH: Loving and forgiving myself
EB: Choosing joy and enthusiasm
OE: I am so happy and grateful
UE: that I have eliminated that negative voice
UN: I am so happy and grateful
UL: that I can feel all that negative energy
CB: transforming in this moment
UN: into exactly what I need!
Repeat the sequence a few times, and change the words to fit what you feel. Shake it up a bit and have some fun with it as you eliminate the negatives and build up the positive feelings. Happy Tapping! : )
Everyday EFT:
_____________
Introducing EFT to family members can be challenging. I find that sometimes its just uncomfortable - or flat-out impossible - to work on personal issues with family! If you find that this is the case, you can still offer help to them by remembering that EFT works even if they don't wish to share what the problem is.
If you can gently remind them to tune in to the feeling and give it an intensity - you can simply use the phrase this feeling as you demonstrate EFT's healing effects.
